The Figgers Foundation may have the right, title and interest in any and all results and proceeds from said use or appearance. I understand that I am not being compensated for this project.

The rights granted to The Figgers Foundation are irrevocable, continuous and include the use of this material in any collateral materials, including but not limited to, brochures, newsletters, annual reports, etc., any broadcast or print news media in any format.
