Who Can Apply?

Florida Connect proudly serves underserved and rural communities across the state. If you’re facing challenges affording reliable internet service or accessing a modern device, we’re here to help.

To qualify, you must:

Reside in one of our 18 participating Florida counties.
Meet income requirements or be enrolled in an eligible public assistance program.
Be a student, job seeker, senior citizen, or a member of a low-income household.
Demonstrate a need for affordable internet access and digital devices.
Have a valid Florida ID or other proof of residency.
