To qualify, you must:

Reside in one of our 20 participating Florida counties.
Meet income requirements or be enrolled in an eligible public assistance program.
Be a student, job seeker, senior citizen, or a member of a low-income household.
Demonstrate a need for affordable internet access and digital devices.
Have a valid Florida ID or other proof of residency.

Device Responsibility

The tablet is provided for educational and personal development use.
Participants are responsible for keeping the device safe.
Devices should be used responsibly and respectfully.

Proper Device Care

Keep the tablet in a safe place when not in use.
Avoid liquids, extreme heat, and physical damage.
Use a protective case when possible.
Charge the device using the provided charger.

Internet Safety

Devices issued to minors follow federal CIPA internet safety requirements.
Parents and guardians are encouraged to monitor usage.
Additional parental controls can be applied during setup.

Loss or Damage

If your device becomes damaged or stops working, contact the Customer Care team.
The program will review each situation individually.

Device Repairs

Technical defects should be reported to the Figgers Foundation Customer Care team.
Damage caused by misuse or neglect may not qualify for replacement.
The program may limit the number of repairs or replacements.

Prohibited Activities

Illegal activity or unlawful use.
