You return the device so it can be refurbished and given to another eligible household. We’ll send reminders ahead of time.
You can use our damage and repair support. In many cases, we will work with approved repair partners to repair or replace the device, depending on the situation.
Yes. We use secure systems and follow strict privacy standards. Your data is only used to run this program and verify eligibility.
For now, most households will receive one device per eligible household so we can reach as many families as possible.
